Registration is required prior to class date. Participants must present identification at the start of class. You will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the course. |

| Do You Need this Course? This course is for you: If you have a Probationary Two Revocation – which means you have been convicted of two separate moving violations in any two year period prior to reaching 18 years of age. OR If you have a Probationary Three Revocation – which means you have been convicted of three separate moving violations in any two year period prior to reaching 18 years of age. OR If you have been referred by a juvenile court. OR If you have been required by the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles to take a juvenile driver improvement program. Note: The course can NOT be taken before the mailing date of the suspension letter. OR You have been required by another state to take a driver improvement program. |

X Serve the 90 day or one year suspension period. Pay a $30.00 reinstatement fee to the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles. At the end of the suspension period, retake the complete driver license examination. X Apply for a testing packet at the nearest deputy registrar taking birth certificate and social security card. |
