      The Ohio Bureau of Worker's Compensation and the Safety
      Council of Southwestern Ohio are partnering this year to
      provide you with a money saving opportunity you cannot afford
      to miss.

      To qualify for this discount:

Enroll by July 31, 2010.
Attend 10 meetings or events between 07/01/10 and
06/30/11. (At least 8 of the 10 meetings must be safety council
meetings. Up to 2 of the 10 can be through attendance at
WCU, Ohio Safety Congress, BWC DSH safety training
courses or industry-specific training).

CEO must attend any one safety council meeting.

Submit semi-annual reports for the 2010 calendar year.

Employers meeting these requirements will receive a refund of
2% of their annual premium. They will also be eligible for a 2%
performance bonus. This performance bonus will be calculated
by the BWC based on claims data. Reduce either the severity
or frequency of injuries by 10% or maintain both frequency and

severity of at zero.
